ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

All bookings received are subject to acceptance by Tenerife Flores. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving a reason. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel all payments received in full via the payment method used to place the order.

We replace seasonal flowers with another best possible alternative, if even that is not possible, we will contact you and agree on other options.

For orders with delivery, the customer must provide a person who will take over the shipment. If it is not possible to deliver the flowers, the next delivery is paid by the customer. 

TIME OF ORDER AND DELIVERY

The time for ordering flowers coincides with the opening hours of our studio. We accept same-day delivery orders no later than two hours before closing time. We process other orders the following day.

If for some reason we will not be able to deliver the flower at the agreed time, the reason may be weather conditions or a traffic jam, we will call and arrange another date.

If you want to order a flower or decoration without handover, i.e. at the place in front of the door, etc., we are not responsible for possible consequences, such as theft or contamination.

COMPLAINT

Claims for cut flowers by the customer do not apply to damage, mishandling, such as a flower without water for several hours. If a flower or plant appears to be of poor quality after a few hours of receipt, you have the opportunity to claim it within 24 hours.
