Our champagne comes from the Appellation d'Origine Controlée (AOC), which covers approximately 34,000 hectares in France. The region is characterized by hills predominantly facing south, with an average slope of 12% under the vine.
It is a unique territory with a continental climate and an average annual temperature of around 10.5°C, allowing for the slow ripening of grapes, from which champagne derives its freshness and vitality.
